We understand this could be a difficult time for some of our customers who have been impacted by the government shutdown. If you find yourself in need of assistance, we’re happy to help with your mortgage, loan and deposit needs.
Our team at Arvest Mortgage Company is available to assist borrowers who have difficulty making their monthly mortgage payment.
We have options available to you if your ability to make your mortgage payment was impacted as a result of the government shutdown.
Short-term hardship programs for which you may be eligible include partial or full payment forbearance while you are off work. The forbearance period is followed by other loss mitigation options to assist in making up the forbearance amounts. Additional resources and information regarding our mortgage hardship assistance programs are available. To speak with someone about these programs please contact mortgage customer service at (800) 232-5524 or email us here.
Arvest Bank also has options available to you if your ability to make your other Arvest loan payment(s) was impacted as a result of the government shutdown. We encourage you to call your Arvest Bank loan officer to learn how we may be able to help you during this trying time. If you don’t have your loan officer's contact information handy, then feel free to call us at (866) 952-9523 and we can get you in touch.
Applications for new loans are still being accepted. Social Security check deposits should not be affected by the government shutdown. However, if you have a question about your Social Security check that is not in relation to the shutdown or you have other questions about your deposit accounts, then please call customer service at (866) 952-9523. You may also check your deposit account balance by logging into Online Banking, using Mobile Banking or calling our 24-hour account information line.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you as a result of this unfortunate situation.
